The title of my book is Principal Matters: The motivation, courage,
teamwork and action needed for school leadership
by William D. Parker.
I'm a twenty year teacher/principal who also writes for school leaders
or aspiring leaders in schools.
This is my first attempt at self-publishing and I want a great spread
with cover, spine and back. I uploaded a design I did on publisher
just to get the ball rolling. But I want something that would be a
good calling card for speaking and consulting opportunities. Would
love to see some design ideas submitted.

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
This is a book that explores the motivation and purpose of leadership but also provides practical tips and strategies for maximizing service to others.
Other notes
I want something that captures the eye and would be a good calling card for consulting, speaking, and future writing opportunities. The attached design is my amateur attempt at a book cover, but it doesn't come across as crisp, polished or professional--qualities I'd like to convey.
