What's your vision?

Need a cover design for a book in progress to be titled :How to Live a Caviar Lifestyle on a Tuna Fish Pension: Safe, Beautiful & Affordable Lake Chapala, Mexico. Cover idea: A full color photo of Lake Chapala with attractive head and shoulders photo of smiling Baby Boomer couple superimposed over the Lake Chapala Photo. The book cover text will be embossed and will have flaps for additional info like Authors photo/bio. Published by: DylanTodd Press ISBN number, Copyright mark Also giving serious consideration to a QR icon to link to a video' of author. Perhaps one or more relatively short Testimonials.

The included photos are just ideas. Would want to use a better Lake Photo and the Baby Boomer could is from a stock photo inventory. Also have some great sunset photos, but think it best to use the boomer couple photo. Perhaps a Sunset photo on the back cover.

Secrets of a Real Estate Rebel

Dr. Matt Motil Book Design 2020 _______ This design is a big departure from my normal approach with book covers. Penned as an educational guide on how to start from scratch and build your own real estate portfolio, "Secrets of a Real Estate Rebel" comes from an industry that’s not exactly known for the most inspired cover art. Because the category leans conservative, I kept to a strict color scheme with clean typography. Photo selection was the key to making this piece shine so, I sourced images that could work both as a foil and an accomplice to the brash title. I landed on several from the 1960s that captured the traditional charm of that era. This one had a spectacular profusion of confidence. A man stands with his family, facing their new home. He is self-assured, his wife is proud, their kids are impressed.
