Banish Burnout Toolkit: Workbook or Banish Burnout Toolkit (Workbook)
Janice Litvin is a workplace wellness speaker, facilitator and workshop leader who helps organizations get their teams healthy, happy, and productive at work. Based on 20 years in human resources, she is on a mission to help as many people as possible change their behavior and take control of their physical, mental and emotional health. As a result, employees are more engaged in their workplace.
The Banish Burnout Toolkit (Workbook) is based on Banish Burnout: Move from Stress to Success, a book and workshop that support teams in overcoming stress to prevent burnout, from the inside out. This book takes the reader step by step through the process of identifying their reactions to stress and then busts their negative patterns to effect real behavior change for life.

This book is written with the corporate worker in mind. My industry is workplace wellness and I am a professional speaker. The workbook will be used in my workshops and also placed on Amazon for public purchase. Since this book is geared to the corporate audience, I do not want any images having to do with Yoga or Zen or Lotus flowers or Meditation or a Buddha or a beach or a grassy, or any other peaceful scene. This is about eliminating stress for the corporate worker. The workbook is a toolkit based on cognitive behavior therapy, which is about managing reactions to stress to become a happier, more productive person at work (primarily). I do not want images of unhappy, miserable people. If you are going to use people images, they should be happy and/or productive. The image does not have to be people. In fact, some other concept that has to do with banishing burnout would work well. Feel free to ask me questions if you want to.

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their book cover.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
JanicefL collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
This project was a redesign of my book cover. This artist was the only one who seem to really understand my vision for my cover. I could tell he looked at my documents I shared. He captured exactly what I wanted! I love my new book cover and will use him again for my next book. It's not easy finding a good designer who can understand your vision, but when you do, you keep using him.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
