Neil was really great to work with. He does fantastic designs and he is really good at responding quickly to feedback. I fully recommend him to other contest holders.
A fantastic job on all levels, great designs, tons of creativity, got stuff done quickly and always on time and most of all was patient with me as I changed my mind about the detail. Recommended!
Nowita was very helpful and creative in the designing of our logo and label. He had a great eye and ablity, along with be receptive and accomadating to all the request made of him. I would be happy to work with him or suggest him to anyone for work.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
An unconventional cocktail book full of offbeat techniques and recipes hacked with science. Targeted at home mixologists, but a must-own for working bartenders.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I would like the book cover to be clear at a glance that it is about cocktails, but that the tips and recipes contained inside are different from those found inside a standard cocktail recipe book. Topics range from using differential equations to calculate dilution to how to fake scotch whisky with household ingredients.
The cover should fit a standard 6"x9" paperback format. More importantly, it needs to be designed for digital media - that is, easily readable when displayed as a thumbnail on a blog or on Amazon.
Color designs are acceptable, but the cover should convert well to greyscale, as eReaders are a major target of the book. The content of the book will be greyscale.
A back cover design is appreciated, but not required. The back cover will consist mostly of text.
The attached cover design is a very rough and poorly-designed sketch I put together. Do not feel the need to emulate my design in any way - if I liked it, I wouldn't be on 99designs.
The most important part of my sketch is the tagline - "offbeat techniques, contemporary crowd-pleasers, and classics hacked with science." The cover design needs to support the ideas behind the tagline, be it through illustration or well-placed typography.
With that being said, I am very open to changes in the tagline, as long as the overall spirit of the ideas remains.
