Think Like a Diplomat: (Subtitle) Reprogram Your Beliefs to Change Your Life
Matar Al-Mansoori joined the UAE foreign affairs ministry and became a diplomat at the age of 24 years old in 1998. He worked at the UAE embassies in Morocco , South Africa, Pakistan , Australia and now works in New Zealand. During his work at the UAE embassy in Morocco, he designed and developed an innovative idea called “ e-embassy software “. This idea developed several software programs that helped improve the quality of work from manual to computerized work. In 2004, he received an award from his ministry and registered it in the intellectual copyright in several countries. He has been married for 22 years and has 3 children. He now lives and works in New Zealand. Matar has a passion for teaching the mindset and functional activities that can help you think like a Diplomat.
At 24- years- old, Matar Al-Mansoori became one of the youngest diplomats in the world. In this transformational book, he breaks down the timeless wisdom he learned into practical steps anyone can take every day to live a less anxious, more meaningful life. When you think like a diplomat, you’ll understand: -How to overcome negativity -How to use fear vs letting it use you -How to learn from everyone you meet -Why you are not your thoughts -How to find your purpose -Why respect is crucial to success -How to manifest financial abundance -And much more... Al-Mansoori grew up in a desert where he developed strong beliefs that held him back in life. He was paralyzed with fear in such a powerful way – he could not speak without stuttering. In spite of his outward success, he was struggling on the inside with crippling self-doubt. He lived in this emotional prison for almost 3 decades before he discovered a formula that helped pull him out of fear, anxiety, depression, negative thoughts and low self-esteem. He was able to free himself from this mental jail and found empowerment through knowledge, concepts, beliefs, skills and a reprogrammed mindset. • He has since been able to maintain a healthy relationship with his wife of 22 years. • He is raising his children with 3 core beliefs to help them become strong and confident adults. • He was able to complete his undergraduate degree despite having poor English • He joined the UAE Foreign Affairs and became a diplomate at 24-years-old • He won awards for developing a process and software while working at the embassy. In this inspiring and empowering book, Al-Mansoori draws on his time as a diplomat to show us how we can clear the roadblocks to our highest potential and power. Combining his life work and wisdom, plus his own rich experiences at embassies, Think Like a Diplomat, reveals how to overcome negative thoughts and habits, and access the power and purpose that resides within all of us. He transforms abstract lessons into advice and exercises we can all apply to reduce physical and emotional stress, improve personal and business relationships, and give the best version of ourselves to the world. Al-Mansoori proves that everyone can think like a diplomat.
