i wrote this book initially as a personal set of principles for my personal life and someone else suggested i publish it. Im a system/process designer I enjoy simplicity but depth and richness as long as it provides usefulness, enjoyment, and clarity.
This book is a compilation and summary of lessons that can be used to resolve the difficulties we face in everyday life. Many of these ideas have come from my incessant search for knowledge, and my desire to live a life of emotional serenity, resiliency, achievement, and overall joy, even during inevitable hardships. Through documentaries, books, experience, and failure, I have sought to cultivate a collection of tools that enable peace to come from primarily within, no matter the situation. The purpose of this book is to offer you these same strategies to implement in your own life, so that you can shape your existence to an objective of your own choosing.
