Quiet Voice Fearless Leader - 10 Principles For Leaders To Awaken The Leader Inside
Terrance Lee, MBA
Terrance Lee, aka The Introvert Leader, had always avoided taking on leadership roles in his life. At the age of 13, an experience occurred which caused him to doubt his ability to speak in front of people, and caused him to shy away from the spotlight. This worked for Terrance until he eventually had to learn leadership skills by necessity at his first engineering job out of college. Since then, Terrance has taken on many leadership and management roles as an introvert at several Fortune 500 companies in the defense industry, with proven results. He utilizes his platform to empower introverts to tap into their own inner leadership potential and is never shy about sharing the tips that he has learned throughout his journey.
My book "Quiet Voice Fearless Leader" is about empowering people with introverted personalities to grow as leaders at work, in business and in life.
Target Audience is aged 25 to 45, early to mid career professionals
Book cover type
The dimensions of the formatting for the book is 6 x9. The mood/style that i would like for the cover is very clean and simple, not too gaudy or flashy. A few examples of book covers that i like are "10% Happier" by Dan Harris, "Quiet" by Susan Cain, "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell. Possibly imagery that could be incorporated onto the cover would be symbols of strength or growth....for example, a mountain by itself, a person climbing or on top of a mountain, or other motivational imagery. For font style, I would like the font to be very readable and clean, not too fancy. Examples would be the font used on the cover of "10% Happier" or "The Tipping Point. For color, i would like the color red to be used in at least some portion of the book cover's font.
What to avoid
Would like to avoid colors that are too loud, for example any neon or very bright colors. Also, would like to avoid any fonts that are too fancy or harder to read, I would prefer the font to be clean and simple.
