Dr. Steve Kringold
A member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and a former team doctor for U of M Hurricanes, Miami City Ballet, specialized in sports medicine, foot and ankle surgery and wound care. A cancer survivor now in his 70's, he is passionate about reversing the aging process and disease with diet, fitness, and boosting immunity.
This book is full of helpful advice and tips on not just looking younger, but embracing the aging process and understanding how prevention can work miracles instead of cures. This book examines every aspect of the reader's life. It goes through in easy steps the processes that they need to embrace to rejuvenate their health and feeling younger and more energetic.
