The story of the book “The magic attic”: Moni and Hannes are nine-year-old, rather awakened and naughty twins and their favorite word is: "no matter!". It gets pretty much on her parents' nerves – because everything is "no matter". Forget the new jacket on the schoolbus? No matter! Room´s not tidy? No matter! Ice packaging fallen to the ground? No matter! When they are once again allowed to stay with Uncle Peter and Aunt Hanna and set up a camp in the attic, however, their "no matter" gets stuck in their throats: because the attic hatch suddenly becomes the gateway to the whole world. Suddenly they don't get back to the living room of Aunt Hanna and Uncle Peter from the attic, but end up in the bitterly cold solitude of the Arctic! How did this happen? At first, they don't know how to get out of the mess. But they have no choice, they have to go out into the icy wilderness and find out why they ended up here and how they can get back to Uncle Peter and Aunt Hanna. An exciting journey begins, which leads Moni and Hannes not only to the Arctic, but also to the jungle, the desert, the steppe and a sunken city. And while they have to withstand snow and sandstorms, fires and money-hungry stalks, suddenly nothing is "no matter". Because they quickly realize that nothing remains without consequences. There is one scene where the children drift on an old raft through an almost sunken city, you can still see some roofs and a church spire. The weather is bad, it's high waves, they're in danger. I would like to have this scene on the cover. It is also important to integrate the attic hatch to establish a reference to the title "The magic attic". The children are both 9 years old, clever, cheeky, curious, brave, normal clothes – jeans, T-shirt, sneakers. Cover size 6x9
