Tripvillas needs a new banner ad

We are an online website that connects owners of Holiday Properties with Travelers. Owners of Properties in touristy destinations register their property on our website and put in various details such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, common amenities, restrictions etc. and travelers can come to our website and see all these details and then make a booking similar to how they would book a hotel room on a travel website. We collect the money and deduct a commission before paying it to the owners. The owners get additional income from a property that is owned by themselves and used sparingly while being in complete control of who stays in their property and what activities are restricted etc.

We want banner ads of different sizes but tying into the same creative message designed for a new campaign we will run to get owners of such properties to register on our website. Please feel free to be creative and to create something that is striking and will reach out to the right target audience. Key messages we would like to bring out 1. Make money without losing control. 2. No registration charges 3. Control who you accept and manage everything through the internet. 4. Connect with premium travelers across the globe. We would like to have a similar creative extending across formats - so horizontal banner, square box and mobile strip for mobile devices. Our target audience in the first phase:- 1. Owners of properties in Bali, Thailand and Goa 2. Typically Expat owners or Indian non Resident owners of properties in Goa. 3. Owners of Thai and Bali properties would typically be resident in those countries or else Singapore, Hong Kong or Australia, Japan and expats. Maybe Dubai. Well off, successful and coming from the US, UK and European countries.
