Phil.linkedin needed a new banner ad design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 46 designs submitted by 14 freelance designers.
I'm a career coach, leading blogger on job search issues, and owner of one of Linkedin's largest groups for job seekers. I'm launching a new free webinar series to give free job search tips to candidates who are frustrated in their job search.
I'm a former recruiting manager for a top recruiting firm, and left 3 years ago to help candidates (instead of employers).
I'm developing a broad array of webinar and video content to help job seekers through the maze of modern job search.
Target audience - Consumers, male and female, age 40+, professional job seekers, Income $70K+. Audience may be either between jobs (active job seekers) or currently employed (passive job seekers).
I need 3 banner sizes (728 x 90, 300 x 250, and 160 x 600). I'm looking for a banner with a picture of a man and a woman tearing out their hair in frustration, with a title that reads "Frustrated In Your Job Search?" and lower in the ad (or on the right hand side) reading something similar to - "We Can Help - JobSearchWebinars.com ".
This should convey that JobSearchWebinars.com is the solution to their frustration.
The ad needs to make the reader feel frustration and pain, and should be directed to job seekers 40+. The ad will run on AOL & job sites. The ad should create frustration for middle-aged to Baby boomer job seekers, and should encourage them to take action to go to JobSearchWebinars.com as the solution to their pain. The webinars are free, but I don't want to disclose this on the ad - let the readers be pleasantly surprised when they click through to my site and see that it's free.
I need all materials by tomorrow 10-29-10 afternoon to make AOL's content deadlines, in order to run Monday 11/1.
Please include Photoshop files including all layers.
Note: Do a great job for me now and there will be continuing work for you. I need to create a wide number of banners for different products and different sites.
Thanks & Look forward to working with you, Phil
