Design high-converting Google Banner Ads for a great freelance translator platform

lengoo is an intelligent marketplace and workplace for freelance translators and customers. In today's world, it is very hard for a customer to find a translator that is familiar and established in the specific industry and terminology you are working in. For translators on the other hand, it is super hard to show their experience and find customers that value their hard-earned expertise. The core of the product is an algorithm that matches customers with the perfect translator for their text to form a perfect relationship between the two of them. It is kind of hard to formulate this forming of a perfect match in just a short slogan, so we would need you to support this core value of our platform with a great illustration. The target group of the banners are product manager in SMEs (men and women) all over Europe between 25 and 50 years of age.

We need a high converting banner set for Google remarketing purposes and display ad campaigns. We are looking to target product manager of technical SMEs in the age of 30-50 years old all across Europe. The design should fit our CI and colors (especially the Lato Font and the primary blue color of our logo/homepage), it should contain compelling illustrations rather than photos and it should have white text on a boldly colored background. It is important that without reading the text (only seeing the illustration) it becomes clear to the viewer that lengoo is about professional language translations in various languages. Google Banner Set: The banners should contain our logo, graphic elements, and a Call to Action button / element "Übersetzer finden" or "Jetzt Übersetzer finden". Depending on your layout, you can choose out of one of the text elements below with different lengths (for now, the ads will only be delivered to German-speaking customers): "Die intelligente Plattform für Übersetzungen" "Einfach Fachübersetzer finden und beauftragen" "Immer der beste Übersetzer, kinderleicht beauftragt." "Mit wenigen Klicks den besten Übersetzer finden und beauftragen. Immer und überall."
