Create an innovative banner for an innovator and whiskey maker!

Doug is a veteran business book author, innovation company founder and custom whisk(e)y proprietor. He sells doing speeches for business audiences, innovation consulting for mid-size and big companies and custom-made whiskey.

Doug's about to relaunch his website with the announcement of his upcoming book, Driving Eureka! But as you can tell, he does a lot of diverse things and we want them to all come together under one "Doug" umbrella. To get started, we'd like to create a banner that would live at the top of the website, at the top of emails and newsletters...that encompasses all that he does. (As you can likely tell, we'll need a crap ton of other stuff designed as well...but we figured this banner was a good place to start to get an agreed "look" and then go from there. So we hope to find a great look and designer to help us with the rest as well.)

The existing elements we have that we hope to incorporate into the banner are a mish-mesh of other disperate things that don't really work together - the company logos and book covers, etc. But we're hoping someone far more skilled can make this look like a cohesive collection than we do...cuz we know it's a hot mess right now. As for style, we'd love to have doug look wise but hip. His brain works a mile a minute and when you hear him give a talk it's like bottled dynamite...which never really translates well for us in images. And we'd be MORE THAN OPEN of retaking photos of doug as needed here. So if you put an image of a person looking a certain way as a stand in, we could recreate it...if that's part of your design. PS: Feel free to be VERY LIBERAL in your interpretation of the crappy banner we've attached as "stimulus." We just tossed together all the different aspects of doug into one box.
