Create the most engaging in-app question banner

We are a mobile ad company. We replace in-app banner ads with question ads to find in-target consumers and push them relevant or personalized ads.
What's your vision?
We want to design the most engaging question/quizz format within a 320x50 banner ad (in-app). The typical question will consist in a question title and 2 or 3 answer options (eg : Do you believe in god? yes/no). The answer items don't necessarily have to be text (think thumb up/down, smiley faces...). We want the banner question to be 1/ Noticeable (a lot of app user are not paying a lot of attention to the ads that show at the bottom of the app so might require some light animation and/or bold colours) 2/ Engaging (make them want to answer / give their opinion). It has to be obvious that they can interact with the banner and pick an answer item. It also has to appeal to all audience (12-65 yo). The available space in the banner is very limited and one of the challenges is to make sure all the texts are still readable. To save some text, an alternative design option can be to skip the question title and offer an obvious quizz-like choice between 2 answers (eg : Coke vs Pepsi) where the question is implicit. Designs should not be too specific for a given question and should be re-usable with other questions. So overall, we'd like to have 3 different designs : 1/ Regular question with question title and 2/3 answer options 2/ Quizz-type format with only 2 options to choose from 3/ A wild creative design If your design is animated, please deliver an animated gif or similar.
You'll find attached the current banner question design. This is what needs to be improved.
