Real Estate & Mortgage
I am Realtor in Chicago and my goal is to use a banner ad on two neighborhood websites to capture people who are ready to buy and/or sell a home in the South Loop and West Loop neighborhoods. Many homeowners in this neighborhood bought directly through a sales center without a Realtor and my goal is to target these people who are ready to sell their home and move up.
What's your vision?
First, thank you for your time and efforts! The design must have the following items. The @properties logo (attached), my name and title (Jeff Stewart, REALTOR®), my cell phone (309-269-3499) and my website (http://www.JeffStewartREALTOR.com). The websites where this banner ad would be used are heavy on plain white backgrounds and simple/small fonts so this ad and text must stand out. Something like a black, cobalt blue, sky blue, deep red background will be nice. I really like silvery metallic or metallic colors to accent the colors above, I also think stark white and sharp fonts look great. For example, a competing colleague uses the 'COACH (as in purses) font for her marketing and it looks expensive and clean - something like this. I respectively ask that you do not make this ad look cheesy or 'used car salesman.' The neighborhoods I'm advertising in are full of modern polished concrete lofts and are also full of super modern floor to ceiling all glass buildings so I love that feel. Imagine standing in a high floor condo with amazing views, dark hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows with the sky in view. Biggest thing to think of is I want this ad to look high-end. If there's a muted pattern that can be in the background that also looks modern or has art-deco-ey vibe that also works. The @properties logo can stand out in an all-black background with the red '@' symbol and make the word 'properties' and other text in white (just an idea). The text: Help me simplify or be creative…I'm open to suggestions. 'Now is the time to sell in the South Loop.' I'm not very creative when it comes to what looks good or pulls people in to an ad. Ideas are welcome.
I hate boring stereotypical real estate ads. Compared to my colleagues I'm young and unapologetic about it and that's what my clients love about me. I want your help in creating a young, cool vibe that will capture people's attention. Every other ad on the sites I'm going to advertise on are boring, I want to stand out!
