Imagebam is a free online image hosting service similar to Photobucket.
Users can upload, store and share photos. It's a convenient site for users who want to easily upload and post photos on forums, ebay, craigslist and social networks.
The site has a very simple design (see attachments or visit the site). The goal of Imagebam is to offer a free and easy way to quickly upload and share photos online.
The intent of the creatives is to get more image uploaders to use the site.
To promote to online users who want to upload and share photos online.
The target audience is predominantly in the 18-49 age / male bracket.
The ad will be running on other image hosting sites such as Imageshack, Photobucket and web forums (celebrity, car, games, etc.) So keep in mind the demographic and placement for the design.
Deliverables: 12 banner creatives. You can submit 1-2 designs and if chosen complete the rest of the set.
Objective: To design a set of ad creatives that gets ad viewers to click the creative and upload photos.
Design Consideration: Simple and Catchy. The site is less about web2.0 gloss but rather utility and reliability. See logo and site as reference. What we don't want is a very glossy ad that is clicked on a lot but after the user lands on the page simply bounces because he/she was expecting a glossy site.
Some design elements may help with click through such as an "upload" button. Keep it a solid, tight design and always ask the question: would you click on it?
Text Consideration: See attached file for ad text sample. This is provided as reference but should be included whether completely or bits and pieces. Use your best judgment.
