Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I sell residential real estate to Buyers and for Sellers in the Calgary market.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I am currently advertising with a company called Adwerx.com. They have created a series of online, mobile and social media ads for me that I find very boring. The ads need to consistently look the same as these ads will follow potential clients around the internet and on Facebook. I need the ads to be a bit more eye catching and with better design and flair. I have attached the ads guideline document for you so you can see the design specs for the different size of ads I need. I have also attached what the current ads look like now which I am sure you will agree look rather boring. Three of the ads can actually be animated/rotating gifs which I think would be a bonus to your design. The main message is "Click for a FREE Home Evaluation" & "Click to receive new property listings in your area" I also need to communicate somehow that I am a top agent in my office. "Trust the advice of the top Realtor from Calgary's most southern RE/MAX Office." "South Calgary Specialist". "Top 1% Realtor in Calgary". (These are just some ideas)
Obviously on the Facebook Ad you need to keep the type content to 20% or less of the size of the image. What's important is that you have the same theme, style, colours of the AD as the others. It all needs to look the same from one ad to the next. The Ads Must identify I am from Calgary as these ads will follow people throughout the internet. Thanks!
