For the iterative process, please use the 300x250 size in a .gif .png or .jpg file format.
Final delivery MUST include the original PSD files for each size.
Key Design Elements: there are 4 main elements that must be present.

For the iterative process, please use the following for these 4 elements. You may choose your own sizing, fonts, placements, colors, etc....
Oh, because of the ad network's rules, if the background color you choose is white, then there must be some kind of colored border to distiguish the ad from the web pages that it will be placed on. it can be a think 1px line border. Got it? Great.

I will be actively providing feedback through out the days of the competition. IMPORTANT - if there are several great designs, I will consider issuing multiple awards. Don’t give up. If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to ask.

OK. while I didn't want to stifle creativity, I think I need to pull in the reigns just a bit to help guide you.
While I do want a great performing ad, the user must look at this ad, and immediately trust the brand (BigDeal). I want something beautiful that captures my eye and attention, and if possible, makes me attach positive emotion to the product and BigDeal.
I want simple. I want a billboard style of approach. I have to understand the value prop, assign positive meaning, and want to click in under 3 seconds.
Hopefully that will guide your designs. if you have any questions about this, ask.
