We have built a new travel iPad app for explorers, daydreamers, and photographers. It's called "Stuck on Earth".
The app features the most beautiful and amazing locations all over the planet to visit. It has a map-centric interface that allows you to geolocate the most amazing places to visit.
It's also very personal. We ask the user's name and ask if they are an explorer, daydreamer, or photographer (or all three!), and then the experience is further personalized after that. For example, every time they launch the app, we welcome them back and tell them about new locations very close to their current locations they may want to explore.
We are re-inventing the travel guide. Let's make something beautiful together!
- See the sample screens with comments that are attached below
- I'd prefer a fresh take on the "Old Worlde Explorer" theme, so feel free to be creative with new ideas around this
- UI is extremely important. It should be "Fun" to use and click on buttons... it should not be over-graphic-designed so that it is more beautiful than usable.
I have prepared several mockups, current screenshots, as well as a previous graphic design idea to get you started.
