New app design wanted for Preventon Technologies Limited

We are looking for someone to design a graphical user interface for our product PCRevitalizer (www.pcrevitalizer.com) . It is free to download from the website www.pcrevitalizer.com or www.preventon.com. It offers functionality that is very similar to other products on the market (CCCleaner, Registry Booster, Systweak, SLOW-PCfighter. The current design is not up to par, because it is hard to understand and navigate. We need to focus on getting a more standard looking design that confirms to the "industry standard". There is room to be creative, but we need to focus on clear and easy to understand navigation. The colors should confirm to our website. The design also needs to consider that it will be available in hebrew, Japanese, Chinese etc. and that we rebrand our software so the design needs to be flexible and generic so when we rebrand it doesnt just look like our version, ie the current version is too distinctive.. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILES, we hate our current design of PC Revitalizer, we quite like the design of our AV, we alos like the attachment called competitor.png Ideally the winning design will be in photoshop or illustrator. So we can literally reuse the artwork.
