A collage. Self portrait based around theme of time (or anything else you find to be visually cool)

I am an alternative R&B artist. I am releasing a 5 song EP called 'Time is a Circus'.
What's your vision?
The 5 song EP is called 'Time is A Circus'. My idea is to create a self-portrait collage (my face) using a combination of photos, illustration and random images to fill in the shape of my face. For example, one eye could be a clock or a watch. Part of my face could be drawn. Maybe there's a sticker where my mouth should go. Just random images. It should look kind of messy and organic. Think Alternative Rock. The more random the images....the better. Also my face should be misaligned in some way. Like parts of my face should not necessarily line up perfectly if that makes sense? This project doesn't necessarily have to have a specific theme. I like loose concepts that leave the interpretation up to the viewer. So cool images can create that effect. But if a theme is part of your piece....it should revolve around time in some way. Please avoid the circus aspect.
My music is organic and soulful (a mix between real instruments like acoustic and electric guitars and synth sounds) so I'd probably like to avoid it looking too computery. So photos of real images and things that look hand-drawn/illustrated to go along with any computer graphics will go a long way to creating a bit of grit or organic feel to the collage. It can look"worn in" or even a little vintage feel. Another approach could be a painting or drawing which also gives it an organic feel. I am attaching an iPhone photo of my face. It isn't a pro photo but it shouldn't matter because I only want a small part of my actual face to be in the collage. Maybe one eye and my mouth for example. Just an example. So I don't think we need a professional photos for this. I'm also including some random pieces of ideas for inspiration.
