Games & Recreational
Our company develops fun toys and games! Our target audience is children ages 3+ but generally younger boys and girls from 3-8 years old. We make simple FUN games, incorporating cute, innocent, and adorable animals as key characters or pieces that are central to the game.
What's your vision?
We're seeking ONE 3D CONCEPT ILLUSTRATION. The concept illustration is of a modern, fun, attractive, 2-player board game called "Ducks In a Row!" Similar to the game Tic-Tac-Toe, but with a larger board and fun game-pieces. Instead of the classic 3 x 3 game board with tic-tac-toe, ours is a 4 x 4 game board. Also, instead of X's for Player 1 and O's for Player 2, our game has YELLOW Rubber Duckies for Player 1, and WHITE Rubber Duckies for Player 2. The contents of the board-game consist of a) one game box, b) one game board, c) 8 yellow duckies, d) 8 white duckies, e) instruction booklet. (Note: we are NOT asking for complex individual designs of each of these elements. They should simply be part of the overall concept illustration). The rules are simple: the players decide on EASY (3 ducks in a row) or HARD (4 ducks in a row). The youngest player goes first, and each player takes turns placing a duck on an open space of the game board. The first person to get 4 of their color Ducks in a Row, wins! The game is a classic format game board like a checkers or monopoly game board, but should be designed like a beautiful blue pond scene with green grass around it, etc. In the pond are 16 equally spaced spots that are 4 x 4. The spots should look like 16 ripples in the water OR 16 lily-pads OR any other way to illustrate 16 places and be obvious that they are the spots to place the ducks. Be creative! (i.e. make the imagery fun, maybe design the ducks to have slight differences in appearance, etc.)
The entire design should be ONE OVERALL CONCEPT ILLUSTRATION that includes the game-board, ducks, and the box. Design this game as if you were illustrating the concept for a toy/game company! (i.e. all the components from a slightly elevated angle angle to show what the product looks like) The design should bring this product to life! The game should be cute, attractive, colorful, and fun. It should appeal to parents who want to buy a fun game for very young children from 3-8 years old. The design should be a high-res three-dimensional, realistic, polished concept, and look like a real picture of a board game. Please look at the attachments for great examples. You may use stock images, but they must be royalty free and not require additional purchase. Creative illustration should be high-res. Any other questions, please ask. Thank you and good luck!! :) Additional cash bonuses may be considered for outstanding designs.
