PeepNee is a platform which consists of IOT smart mail/parcel boxes and number of supporting, management software. We literally give you the ability to monitor and control your mail/parcel box at any time from any where. It is good to know that we're in a phase of building our next percels-oriented prototype. There are two types of delivery for it: Parcels and Letters. Parcel deliveries are possible only if you have a valid RFID tag or secret numeric key. Regarding the letters, there's no restrictions there. Everyone can drop one. No matter the delivery type, the owner receives real-time notifications related to the actual delivery. So, what is left now is the appropriate wrapping for it. In order to do that, three main sections need to be covered: 1. Sides (left and right) 2. Top 3. Front (Interaction panel, parcels compartment, letters compartment, owner's compartment where parcels and letters are getting collected) (See the attachments) Some further notes regarding each of the sections that need to be covered: 1. Sides: They are supposed to indicate the actual address/building number and in kind of an abstract and interesting way to indicate that this is is a mail/parcel box. It would be nice to make it look futuristic and stand out from everything around but still functional, quite and industrial. You can play around with shapes, volumes and materials 2. Top: Since this is going to be an autonomous IOT solution, there will be a solar panel integrated on top of it (25.5cm x 39cm). So, we want to have an interesting, environment oriented indicator that this is a solar panel. It has to follow the overall shape and design of the parcel box (you can draw the actual solar panel there as well). 3. Front: The front is split into four different functional sub-sections. 3.1. Interaction panel: This is where you enter your secret code or you use your RFID tag. Feel free to make suggestions related to the UX layout there. It is good to mention that actual hardware components will be embedded inside of it. Parcels drop-off area: After a successful secret code or RFID tag interaction, parcels drop-off area gets unlocked and you can drop your package there. 3.3. Letters drop-off area: This is freely accessible and everyone can drop a letter inside of it. 3.4. Area for collecting parcels and letters. This is for the actual owner of the parcel box. It has a mechanical lock on it and only the owner can open it. NOTE: Each section (respectively sub-section) needs to be on its own file (set of files) because most probably it will be printed out separately. Anyways, it is good to have them all together (on a sketch) just to see how it all fits together. NOTE: Please, pay attention to the actual sizes of the parcel box that we have built. Your designs will have to be integrated there. Most probably we will print them over an etalbond or plexiglass (if they don't include any addition materials like wood for example). It is not mandatory to follow the rectangular shapes of the frame but keep in my that your designs will have to perfectly fit together on the frame. NOTE: Each of the files MUST HAVE a corresponding PDF prepared in a CMYK color format. We will need that for the digital printing. NOTE: Maybe, it is also good to somehow integrate the name of our organization (plus our slogan) in a very delicate way, without putting too much focus on it. NOTE: Maybe it is good to have the sides and the top go a little bit over the edge so they could act as wind and rain protection. NOTE: Solar panel covers pretty much the whole top section.
Dimensions of the actual frame that we currently have are attached as JPGs. NOTE: As mentioned above, we are going to print the files on an etalbond or plexiglass. Based on the printing company requirements, each file has to have 2mm padding in order for the machine to print it properly. For example, if the file has to be 20cm x 30cm you should prepared it also in the following actual size: 20.4 x 30.4 cm. NOTE: Solar panel covers pretty much the whole top section.
