What's your vision?

I have an existing Mascot that I want expanded on the design to include action poses and 3d detail. Currently he is siting down and it would be nice to have him standing, running, pointing in different directions, etc It would be nice if we could resize easily. Also having him with and without his tool/hachet

I have some original images of the mascot. I am hoping that what I have helps. I think when standing his arms should look long compared to his short legs.
