This is the first contest I take here... And I really don't like the "fair play" that the most users have.

Creative Hemant, i thought your doing a good job exposing someone using copyright design.
But man! Your also doing what he did. Be fair man.
We are here to give an original design not ripping some elements to other templates.
okay Avant 5, do something better! I like encouraging people instead of criticizing them. I have yet to pick a winner. Here is a link to a site that I really like http://www.pasternakwine.com/index.asp obviously I don't want to copy it, but it is the closest to what I have in mind.
So I get to thinking...
This guy must have an amazing photographic memory. Someone uses a template in a contest, and BAM! Immediately, Hemnant sees it and says "I know this template!". And of all the hundreds of template sites, and millions of templates, he knows exactly where to find it.
Then it occurs to me. Maybe he's not the newest Supergenius. Maybe he knows this template, because he was on that site himself, thinking to steal a template.
Surprise, surprise.

The guy has ripped elements right out of a template from the very same site, including header backgrounds, wine bottles, menus, the footer and even the advertising graphics. Makes a few minor adjustments, and thinks he's pulled off the perfect crime.
Ok. Now I'm totally confused. #25 is "awesome". But it doesn't seem to fit the brief at all. It's an ecommerce design, not a Wordpress layout. You sell wines? I thought you informed ABOUT wines. Should we be designing a wine shop, or an eZine for a wine CLUB?
