sorry for the comment, just a kind remind not intend to offend.
I know People now are technology users but still a lot of company still using old version.

a good website coding must be compatible with ie6, ie7, ie8, ff3, ff3.5 and safari. We must consider all of that because still a lot of potential client using old version.

sorry again, just a kind suggestion, not offend.

    That is good !!
You know what is the meaning "Show your skills and creativity in this contest."

Then you should stop doing anything that will influence contest holder judge.

You are new to here and please follow the RULE !!

This is healthy competition !! Even if you won no one will be respect you. Other will think you are cheap designer !!

Sorry for the confusion. We've worked with various designers over the years, and each seemed to use different terms for similar things. What we really need are 1) layout for homepage and 2) layout for inner page. We want to incorporate the logo we uploaded. I figured a related .css would be straightforward, but we can build the stylesheet from the pages if it's too much for this contest.

    Hey People,

The contest holder is not confused but his term for wireframe is the actual design layout for the homepage and innerpage. But with regards to the ".CSS" file, he must wait first of what design should he choose then start the XHTML conversion plus the CSS file.

Your contest looks interesting, but your brief is a bit confusing. Could you clarify what you are looking for? I think that I understand why KT is confused and I share his confusion.

    * You mention that you need 'wireframes' but also that you need 'css'.

    (1) Are you looking for a page layout or just the wireframe(s) that will allow you to finish the design "in-house"? (wireframe example: http://www.w3avenue.com/2010/02/03/…ireframing )

    (2) Also...your comment on '.css' is also confusing. When you say '.css' do you mean that you need color swatch concepts with the proposals or do you literally mean (dot)css...meaning you need the site with html/css back-end programing?

If it is the second of the two...the 99Design rules page notes that the contests are for the 'design' and not 'back end' coding. (Rules: http://99designs.com/help/why-cant-…99designs). If it is just a color issue, then I would suggest using Adobe's Kuler website to convey to the designers the type of color palette you are interested in.

I am confused on the deliverable that you are expecting for this project. Wireframe generally refers to an axure / visio / omni prototype. But you also ask for .CSS which suggests you want an actual sliced website? Please clarify.

    Hi

Do you just need the wireframe ie the layout of the website.
    Please clarify.
