Honestly, i don´t see the difference. It doesn´t look fair to me, regarding the other entrants, compete wiht a design completed out of time. That's why i withdraw my entrie. The fact is that all of us have 7 days (i belive) to complete a desing, included time zone diffrerences. Besides, i don´t think that the administrators of this site are planning to change the name of this section to "Discussion AND ENTRIES AFTER DEADLINE" :). But this is just what I think, i don´t now you. Regards

It is probably a bug, theres no reason to set a deadline if the entries can come in after the contest has ended

Grazie Fede, would be nice to know this in advance - would save more people from entering the contest and wasting their time if a winner has already been decided.

In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with closing a contest early and announcing a winner but it would be nice if the CH told everyone as soon as they had made their choice instead of waiting until the contest closes :)

Nadia, I think the CH has already chosen a winner. In the contest for the logo he said: "I cannot emphasize enough the importance of entering the contest early. Sorry, I didn't leave comments for the last few entries, because by then, the decision was already made."

Any feedback to the newer entries - to ensure there's enough time to edit designs if requested :)

I see you put the same comment in each design regarding the logo color. What color would you like for the design? You don't think the logo will stick out like sore thumb with no matching colors in the design?

@Naid_P, well, my previous CH paid me by WU, even he give me more bonus at all. whatever I got awards, they never deduct any of amounts! So I hope this CH can pay without any deduct the fees from prize. :-)

@winthan - if you look at most contests here, if a western union payment is requested, the contest holder will deduct the transfer fee from the contest prize. WU fees are costly compared to paypal and that's probably the reason why a lot of CH refuse to pay WU. I see no mention of transfer fees in the guidelines - can you point out where it mentions them? :-)

@ bintek, the contest holder have to pay whatever mentioned on the screen. whatever he have to pay for transfer fee, he/she have to do by him/herself. Contest holders are paying for their transfer fees by them self. In paypal, they have to pay for transfer fee too. So, I hope, John can pay what he mentioned on price. would it be ok if the payment is paid through western union? our country is not supported by paypal, western union is the best payment option and the transfer fees will be deducted from the prize money..so there is no extra charges on you. thanks.
