It's been a tough decision and I really appreciate everyone's participation. We have picked SkippyTim as the winner for the template and banners.
To the other contestants, please take what I'm about to say as constructive criticism. I have been in the web business for nearly 15 years have built hundreds of websites for clients. We saw some really amazing designs in this contest. The main thing that put SkippyTim ahead of everyone else is that he responded quickly and provided everything that we asked for in the brief. Knowing that we have a designer that we can work with is really more important than the design.
Any luck as to the outcome of the contest? I am just wondering because I will be out of town until saturday night but will check back as soon as I get home.

Ehh, I wasn't thinking when I had asked that. But I guess when the time comes we will know.
I'm a designer, not the CH. It's not my right to say who it'll be, or who I think it'll be. That's actually against the rules...had you read them, you would have known. I'm not saying, I just have an idea of 3 people who he might pick.

Seriously designers, save your drama and chest pounding for the ladies room (pm) rather than waste the contest holders real estate...it 'pays' to focus on the client not the distractions.
