NUWEAR as stated in one of the comments above. You use designs without even declaring a winner or taking the permission of the designer who submits his work for feedback. This is very cleary against the rules. You do not follow the proper feedback procedures and bc of your past unauthorized uses of designers work without permission, calls your motives suspect. One could make a very easy argument that you use this site for unethically acquiring designs. You have never chosen a winner which could be understandable if you had one or 2 contests. But to keep constantly creating contests and midway through changing your mind from what the brief says i have no doubt that you are blatantly abusing 99designs. Also b/c of this i will continue to report your future fraudulent auctions to 99designs so you dont waste any more time for legitimate users
