finenote, sorry wasn't aware of teh $250 pp requirement although it's not as if I want 4 totally different designs, I want an index page, then a category page, then an article page then a product page, and each page contains elements of the index, so once the header area is sliced and coded creating the subsequent pages is very little work and certainly not worth $250 per page.

The index will take up most of the time, the category page is basically the index with just category content in there then footer, the article page is basically the header and then the article then footer, the product page is basically header and xml feed then footer

so overall the index will take most time to design and code, the rest are elements of the index so it's not like 4 totally from scratch designs.

    Hi CH.

So you need 4 Template pages and you want them coded too for 800$?
The minimum prize per page (design only!) is 250 regarding to 99 rules.
At this point we're talking about a minimum of 1000 for the designs only.
Now add a good prize for a valid (W3C) XHTML code. If you'd like the site to work in a CMS as well you should consider to increase the prize even more.
To intergate the sites into a CMS would'nt be a problem, but need clarification what you're willing to pay.
So what bonus for the CMS we're talking about?

    fine

This has to be coded into a CMS also? I'm in if it is just layout only...But coding into a CMS is a lot for a little to ask. Let me know.

Hi thanks for kicking things off :) I'd have to say wordpress ideally, as long as it is made seo friendly url wise and the categories are separate so the content in them doesn't just post on the front page in full as is the default wordpress settting.

We want the index to only update links to articles or categories, rather than every article getting posted in full on in the index.

The only frequent changes on the index should be a random image swap, new post links, tag cloud, and whatever index content we wish to add.
