    To clarify for everyone...

The top five have been put into my designer database. When I have work come in, I will review it to see who it fits best. If that narrows the field any, I will offer the work at a flat rate fee to all designers. If a designer wants to do it cheaper than everyone else to get the contract (there's only 1 job)... I will more than likely award the work to that person.

Unfortunately, I do run a business, and I am of course looking to get the best deal possible.

On the positive side, my company does have a significant sales volume, and if a designer is already assigned to a project, there will be others to award as well. So if there is 5 designs I need done, 1 or 2 people will NOT be awarded each project. I will distribute the projects as evenly as possible to increase efficiency, and develop multiple projects at the same time.

The goal is not to bog down one developer, but to make as many sales as possible while still fulfilling each and every order in a timely fashion with quality craftsmanship.

Hopefully this clarifies and makes sense to everyone.

And yes, congratulations to Bharce16 - it was a great design!

    Thanks to everyone.

    Congrats Bharce16, well done
    But Interesting!
    Changed from...
'The top 5 will get future contract work from our company'
(then, after awarding the prize) to...
'you will have the 'opportunity to bid' on regular work that I will provide in the very near future.'

Haha - you know that's a good idea... I'm going to end the contest a couple hours early, as I have to leave for some meetings soon.

Here's whats going to happen. I'm going to rate the remaining designs, however I won't be providing feedback, as there is not enough time to change the designs.

For those of you that entered late, I'm sorry - but that's just the way it goes sometimes :)

So... If you are selected as one of the top five designers, I would like you to contact me at the email address listed in my profile.

Please submit to me which place you finished, as well as your email, location and contact information. I would also like you to submit your skillset (HTML, CSS, Design, Flash, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL, etc...) that way I know which projects to send out to you for bid.

For any of you top 5 designers who submit this information to me, you will have the opportunity to bid on regular work that I will provide in the very near future.

    Lastly -

A BIG Thank You to every designer who participated in this contest. It was a great experience to get to see so many talents out there. I appreciate all of your efforts and contributions, and it's a shame that everyone can't be winners :\

    Thanks so much!

    Stay tuned for the results!

    (Drum roll please...)

That's a great way to look at it!

I just wanted to give a sincere thanks to all designers who have submitted a concept thus far. They are greatly appreciated, and I wanted you all to know that it is still ANYONE'S GAME!

Of course I have my favorites, but I was just sitting here thinking to myself... "MAN - this is going to be tough to choose a top 5!"

So - I'm pleased with the effort everyone has shown so far. I hope to reward you in the near future!

Great job, and I can't wait to see more :)

Hello and thanks for the question.

The top 5 will get future contract work from our company. Anyone that does a consistently good job during that stage will be offered a full-time position where they can work remotely from wherever they please.

In all honesty, this is my first time using this website as a resource, so I wasn't even aware you could award consolation prizes. That is what I wanted to do in the first place. Something like: $375 - 1st; $125 - 2nd; $75 - 3rd; I'd still do that BUT, it would be unfair for those who entered this contest thinking there was a prize of $575, and they WIN and get $200 less.

    Hope this makes sense!

Anyone who has an excellent design will be well taken care of - count on that :)

    Hi @Bullhornmarketing,

If the designs will too close to decide winner in the end, there will be any chance of multiple winners or any 2nd, 3rd prizes?

    Thanks!!
