congrats digitalnature. great design. before you proceed with the coding I have some minor suggestions for you to apply on your concept.
I want to congratulate the rest which took part in this contest. Give special credit to: "I am a sinner" "in Him" "zx1" "FiAM" and all the rest. The final choice was really hard and to tell you the truth I had a hard time making the decision. For me you were all equally good, but digitalnature gave his concept a little more uniqueness by adding a dark color and applying a different combination of colors to the logo.
Anyways, I would love to see you guys in future contests which I will hold. I will be holding 2-3 contests per month, as I have sacked my designer (I own a IT company) and decided to start using contests instead.
digitalnature: for now there will be no need for coding the dating and the games. or at least I thought of doing this later.

just so to clarify this a little, this job consists in designing the main (home) and secondary (inner) pages, designing the vbulletin theme and the top frame for the proxified pages, and coding the xhtml/css (which we should integrate into the proxy script, and the vbulettin theme). am I right? :)
if so, who will code the theme for the dating and flash games scripts?

I want the forum to look as if it is part of the site. So basically....I guess yes and no. Yes - because you will practically be changing the standard skin with a custom one, and no - because you will basically be using the design which you have already done for the index page.
can you provide the logo in vector format AI or PNG with transparency background. BTW, do you want also theme for forum?
