Looks like this contest turned from design only (which is the purpose of this site) to coding+design, something that wasn't pointed in the brief. Please, clarify will you continue to expect the winner to code your site or will negotiate for that after the end of the contest?

You are asking for 11 page designs plus coding for $400.... sorry but that is way below what you would expect to pay. and the reason why you won't get as many submissions as you would hope to.
Firstly, there is NO CODING category at 99designs (you have to negotiate with the winning designer - if they are a coder that is - to code up the designs at an EXTRA cost).
2. Even 11 pages design only is way below the expected prize -
Min. for one page design is $250.http://99designs.com/help/prizes
3. The upload file page/coded alone would probably be worth (in the outside marketplace) more than what this entrie contest is offering :-)
