Thank you everyone for your submissions.

The client has chosen three designs as finalists, and will decide the actual winner this weekend.

Thanks again for everyone's professional designs!

    sean, question.
you mentioned about the layered png.
can we just save the files in TIFF or in PSD format?
    thanks.

DEVlady, thank you for this update.

    EVERYONE:

I will consider Western Union for the correct design if the design is chosen by the client. In order to receive payment for a design through western union, i will need all of the files delivered to my email box (fonts / layered png / etc.) before I send payment. This is to protect our client as well as me in the transaction.

    Thanks!
    Sean

    Everyone,

These newer designs are starting to take shape. Thank you for the hard work so far.

1 - Web 2.0 is not my style, but could be the client's. We are open to all possibilities. I have always associated Web 2.0 with blog type sites, so my inclination is to say "no"
2 - glossy bars or not, we are open to both.
3 - whatever designers feel looks the best. Anything that needs to change and selectable should be standard fonts, but images can use whatever you like.

I will keep posting sites the client likes as they show up.

    Thanks again everyone!
    Sean

I will post an entry tomorrow.

    Some questions:
    Do like web 2.0 sites?
    Glossy bars?
    Special fonts or standard fonts?

PS: If you have more examples of sites you like, please post them here.

I am open to any suggestions with drop downs and such, but they are not required. Put enough space for 5-8 links, name them whatever you want, because when the layered png file gets submitted by the winner, I can edit those links to be what the client wants.

thanks again for the attention and help in finding a winning design!

How many links should there be? And what should they be called? Drop downs?

    Hi Everyone,

Here are some sample websites that we like:

    1 - http://www.comeparkwithus.com/
    2 - http://www.legalseafoods.com
    3 - http://parkwitheps.com/

These are along the lines of what we're looking for. I appreciate the designs submitted thus far, but we are looking for a more graphic - intensive site that has the following
    1 - interaction between people
2 - people who look "trustworthy"
    3 - nice cars
    4 - care-free attitudes
5 - revenue-producing services (so events and companies know that adding valet services will increase revenue.)
    6 - friendly service

Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide that will help clarify our objectives.

    Thanks!
    Sean

yes. Valet service which people drive up to a hotel or restaurant and hand their keys to a driver who parks their car, they then bring a ticket to the driver again who runs to drive their car up to where they dropped it off.

Thanks for your attention to detail, i look forward to your submission.

I was able to recreate the logo from a paper they gave me. Please find the logo at the following address:

The logo is very simple, but I do not have the electronic copy. The logo is not very great, and I am hoping that this would spawn into a new logo payment too.

If anyone also creates a logo which the client would like, I am willing to pay an extra $150. (So, to be clear: I want the website design, and am paying what this contest says I am paying for the website layout, however, if someone submits a website layout which also has a logo that my client likes, I will pay an extra $150, making an overall payment of $400).

    Thanks,
    Sean
