I eliminated a few of the basic ones that weren't at all what I was looking for. Thanks for the effort though guys.

Sorry for the slow response - this is my first time at this. Nadia - it's also my first time at this. Really just wanted to get a feel for it, and it seemed like a fairly simple project to me.

Currently there is no coding category at 99designs. Look at the prizes help page and you'll see that the minimum for a one page *design only* template begins at $250.

    http://99designs.com/help/prizes

You would need to negotiate with the winning designer (at an additional fee) to code the layout for you. $50, in my opinion does not cover the coding requirement portion of this contest - particularly if you want a css layout that is written to W3C standards so that it will be cross browser compatible.

Marcio, the brief clearly states he wants html coding delivered. That includes CSS, naturally.

Hi! Basically, what you just want is the CSS for the page, right? The redesign might just be the CSS, and to show you we give you a file with the overall aspect, or do you want the code itself?
    Thanks
