I agree with you Hamilton the CH shouldn't have even considered his designs in the first place

You cant even base a real argument on this because everything you accuse me of "ripping" is just absurd, using headers for boxes, right aligning links? honestly. Keep saying "CH Mockup" when what I'm referring to is completely different than the mockup.

The CH specifically asked me to try styles like swirls in my design.... so i did :)

Again this is all the top "web 2.0" trends, glossy headers, gradients, swirls etc, which the CH asked me to incorporate into my design.

You are accusing me of "ripping" the style of a design where the CH provided the whole layout, like i explained before black and pink is the obvious color choice, in the mockup the CH provided, the only other way to incorporate a navbar is by making it on top of the layout, which is what i did and i defined my own style of nav for this contest, do i have square tabs like you? no, do i have a thick black nav across the layout like #43? no. Its my own style of nav put into the layout, and i right aligned the links like the CH provided in his mock-up.

In both of my previous contests i joined less than 5 days after the contest was created, one contest was a 10 day contest, the other was a 20 day contest. So no i dont wait till the end to snipe peoples ideas :) In both contests my designs are unique to the contest aside from using obvious color choices the CH has asked for and making changes accordingly.

I asked you to PM me so we didn't have to debate this in public, however:

You ripped the style of #43 and then placed it over my layout (logo placement, nav placement, bar layouts are all the same and they differ from the mock-up so don't try that.) You even in #50, ripped the wavey type designs that only Kim has used contest long.

That design is a rip, and not your own idea and from looking at some of your previous contests it seems that is all you do, wait till the end, snipe up peoples ideas and throw together a design with them.

Then please let me know what you are talking about :)
the only thing i see that i used along with other entries is the black color, everything else is exactly in the mockup the CH posted. If you want to copyright the use of black by all means go ahead! Please go troll somewhere else. lol

I'm not talking about content layout, you know full well what ideas you "borrowed".

I wish people would think before they post, our designs are all based off of the mock-up provided. Now use your head, the CH says he doesn't like the pink and blue color scheme, so whats the next best color to pair with pink? Ta-Da!! Black. Which is why half of the entries in this contest have black integrated into the design.
