Many of these designs are using Stock Icons that need to be purchased or licensed from original designer. Designers should reveal all their sources and be honest with their creativity. We don't want the buyer to end up in legal disputes over licensing issues later on.

@Tedimaci, it's fine with me if my entry will be eliminated because dialogix's site is already online even though I AM using that background on my designs for a while now. I wasn't really aware that we have the same background. AGAIN I haven't copied it from them. Just be careful next time.. PEACE MEN!

And Dan, this report aims was not to eliminate him! I just get nervous when I see things like this, and if he's not prove his fairness and you choose him, my first thought will be that this is not fair against you, and against the designers. But I've made a big mistake with suspecting him without learning more about the incident.

bharce, I need to say sorry! But as you can see your background and dialogix's are very very similar and as Dan said this site are in a lots of galleries, and many designers are watching these galleries, and because of this you can easily copy from there. But you proved that you have not copied. Sorry again. Everyone is doing mistakes.

But look how I was thinking: 1. For W3ROI as a brand can be a shame if they have a copied website... or some very similar elements from a competitor site.
2. Because of this CH's business can sucks.
3. If you copied twice, you will copy more and if he want's something from you, you will give him again something copied thing.
4. And I don't think if it's a correct thing with other designers who have worked hard to make something unique.

BUT these things was hours a later in my mind. As I said you have proved that you are not a bad guy :). Excuse me please! I will be careful now with these reports.

@tedimaci, NICE JOB Mate. Now all you have to worry about is the two other designers with 5 star rating. Just a bit of advice, before you accuse someone please do a research you might be missing a lot of details. I hope you win this contest and pray tell that no designer will DO what YOU just did to me..
