Phew, up to date again on all feedback. We've provided detailed feedback and suggestions to all entrants now, and there's just 24 hours and 11 mins to go. Firstly, thanks to everyone who is taking the time to work on their creations. :)

With one day to go, we've noticed that a lot of the designs are starting to look very similar. We would really like to see some off-the-wall approaches and originality. An original design could just pip this at the post!

Incidentally, we are now reasonably confident we will be awarding at least 1 or 2 extra prizes of say $250 and $125 (eg 2nd and 3rd prize). This is in addition to the 1st prize of $500. We may also purchase elements from people (eg a video player or navigation element/idea) that we've liked so it is well worth putting effort in to this contest.

Providing feedback over the weekend will be difficult. Please be sure to read the brief and comments carefully and submit your best work!

Some general comments for all entrants...

1. The Video Player MUST BE YOUR ORIGINAL DESIGN. There appears to be some confusion about this. Do not include a YouTube player, or any other video player you have found online. We particularly like the Vimeo player to give you some design cues - Minimal large controls, very contemporary. Entry #15 has done this well. For us the video player is the most important thing. We may award additional prizes above and beyond the main $500 prize if we like someone's player, but do not necessarily like their page design.

2. Please try to be original in your design rather than following other designs we have given stars to.

3. Keywords are CONTEMPORARY, COOL
