I've just looked at MoneyBookers and I don't think I have the right card... I only have a switch/maestro card. I can apply for a Mastercard if needed though. The transfer fees for Western Union seem really high.

Hi, yes a very simple logo would be needed. Just the name written in a nice font will do for now... We will use the PSD file to create a CSS website. If you use photoshop I may be able to slice it myself...

Oooh! nautica05 is one of my favourite open source designs. Good choice. :)

As for the design project, I'm not what you would call a great slicer. (I rarely use ImageReady for whole designs.) And aren't you planning on coding it in (x)html/css? Or are you sticking with tables? You also directed us to a logo design you liked. Do you wish us to design a simple logo as well?

In response to this comment: Please keep comments relevant to the contest.

It was relevant. If you were soliciting designs using this site without disclosing it to your clients then you were breaking the law. You say that's not the case, so there's no problem. And FYI you also describe yourself as a web design company in your brief.

Also, I merely stated web design in the title of the contest. This is in fact a small aspect of what we do. Perhaps IT solutions company would have done better...

Thats right, we do disclose this information to our clients. Sitepoint is a great way of getting many good designs to our clients. Its not just the designing of the website remember, it has to be coded, hosted and updated. Most of our clients do not have the time to monitor and keep track of a contest. Please keep comments relevant to the contest. If you have any further questions please PM me. thanks

In response to this comment: Some company's hire designers to do the work for them..

I understand that, but I would expect a company that bills itself as a "web design" company, to actually employ designers that can... design for the web. I've never heard of any legitimate web design firm outsourcing their OWN company website. If you don't employ any designers, and you intend to use a resource such as Sitepoint for all projects including your own company website... then you are not a web design company. You are an unnecessary middle-man that is taking advantage of your clients, unless you are stating specifically that you do not employ designers, or design websites and that the client's money will be spent outsourcing their project in a "contest" style forum. I'm sorry to inform you that if you are not disclosing that information to your clients PRIOR to taking payment from them, or stating explicitly how you manage their projects, then you are committing fraud and breaking the law.

I guess I'm just confused why a web design company needs their website designed by someone else...?
