Thanks everyone! This was a hard one to choose from all the design were great and we may be in touch with some of you.
Is the person who make the final decision OK? He was expected on Sunday/Monday. What was happened?
Hi everyone, the person who makes the final desicion is not back in town from the holiday weekend. All the designs are great. We are expecting him to arrive Sunday night/Monday morning. Thanks for your patience.
Sorry everyone we had a holiday in the US and we lost a day. We will review designs today.

C'mon mate. It's a stock photo. Anybody can use that. The idea is how you best use it with your design. How you represent it. =) And besides, i honestly don't look at your designs so i really don't know we're using the same. :)

You are allowed to use istockphoto for web site content, headers etc but as it explains in their terms you can't use a graphic from their site as a company logo. That's what coloursofinternet was saying above.

Why can't fuzzyllama use that graphic? Presumably, if the CH likes it, then they buy the license for the graphic, then there's no problem. That's the whole point of sites like istockphoto, right? If I'm misunderstanding something, please let me know.
