    Thank-you creativelyfresh.

I'm open to any ideas that you might have about the sections of the page. Above all else (even the list below) please keep in mind the 2 goals I have for the page.

    Basic Elements (in no order):
    Property Title
    Property Location
    Property Description
Critical Property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, sq ft, price)
    Property Pictures (usually about 10)
    Agent Name
    Agent Contact Information
Agent Parent Company (Eg: Century 21)

Those are the basic elements that I can think of off the top of my head. Again, I am open to *ANY* page elements that you think will both showcase the property and encourage people to contact me.

    Thank-you again.

Hello Jack I had a few questions before I create a mockup :

    1. What information would you like the page to have ?
Example : Main House Picture, misc pictures of the house,
house specs (sq feet,beds/bath), A section for contacting you and a bit about the agent who is listing the property ?

I due await for your response so I can go foward with a 2 - 3 mock ups for this. Thanks for your time.

These first 2 entries are great. However, as I have mentioned in the feedback for each, they are both lacking a couple of things.

It is very important that this page both showcase the home I am trying to sell AND accept visitor information through form elements, e-mail address, phone number, etc. No programming code is required of course - this is just a PSD.

The only thing missing in both entries has been space to highlight the Real Estate agent. I am open to not promoting myself, but it looks like the option wasn't even considered in either design.

I defiantly appreciate both submissions and sincerely hope that others will make a submission. Based on the quality of these early submissions, I will likely award more than a single winner - maybe 2 or 3 based on the submissions in the next couple of days.

Nadia, thank-you for your question. This is just a 1 page design.

Colourworks, I'm not really thinking that far ahead with this page.

    Thanks again!

Nadia, as a new agent, I'm assuming he doesn't have a full site. The landing page is his site, if i'm reading this right. Jack you're going to need a way to update the pages as you pick up additional real estate, do you have a solution for that?

    Thanks,
    Ryan @ Colourworks Designs
