It was a really close call but the client has spoken. Congratulations NothingMan. In the end it came down to NothingMan and Sebdesigns. Once again thank you to everyone. There was a really high standard of design in this contest. Next time i hold a contest i welcome everyone to have another go. I will try and offer the most amount of prize money i can. Cheers.

Hi everyone. Please dont submit any more entries as I previously stated. I have extended the contest by a day just because i am waiting on confirmation from the client. Yeah...
The more designers I see around here the more copyright violations occur. Seems like the new members think that they can cash out easily since there are so many resources to copy from. I did a little search on forums and I couldnt fins the punishments for such deeds. Something should be done as some people just get onto another contests when thyre caught on one...
Bam-Bam, I wouldn't apologise for eliminating an entry that is in violation of copyright - that's exactly what should be done. I thought it was a bit suspicious myself, but couldn't find a link for the proof - so I'm glad someone else alerted you to the fact!
I'm afraid it's not the first contest where this designer has done the same thing :-(
As designers we have to stick together and report a suspicious entry to Sitepoint Admin and the contest holder as soon as we see it (only if you have the proof of course)

Thanks everyone for the entries. I would like to ask that we close it here for now. I am waiting on confirmation from the client and I will annonce a winner over the next few days.
