Please make the Workplace Violence link stand out more. Can you make it blink or something like that?
Change tagline back to "Human Resource Solutions Made Simple" (remove for your Municipality - Sorry about that; we just don't like the way it looks.)
Can you use some stock photos that are more "Public Sector employee" oriented? Policeman is good, something with Highway workers would be good, engineering type person with blueprints, or whatever the creative minds can come up with.

I see a lot of great designs coming in -- keep it up everyone!
I'm sending the latest designs to the client now.
Two quick items for everyone:
First, the contest area here at SitePoint is borked. They're having major issues, so don't be surprised if you have problems submitting, seeing feedback, etc.
Second, I have some general feedback for everyone from the client:
1. Eliminate careers button from all designs
2. We would also like a button prominently located on the home page that says "Need help complying with the Workplace Violence Prevention Law?"
Hi Everyone - Just a quick update.
I'm sorry, but I'm having trouble getting feedback from the client in a timely basis. They are under a time crunch for a project at the moment, and haven't had a chance to put the proper time in to review each design in detail.
I have gotten a commitment to have feedback on all the existing designs over the weekend, however. Thanks for your patience!
