I think I understand what was wrong with the links: Since you had html code that started with "www" rather than "html", 99design.com thought it was supposed to be a link relative to this site. The web address themselves work.
I am wondering, though, if you already have a website up, what kind of design are you asking for?
Finally, how do I know that this is something legitimate? This isn't going to be some 20-page scrolling ad trying to get people to buy your product and get rich quick is it? (Forgive me for asking.)
