I\'d like to thank you all for your entries. We had many, many great designs and it made the final decision very difficult. Many of you worked very hard and were very receptive to my feedback which I greatly appreciate. In the end, our website could of gone with one of a number of your designs. The quality results generated by this contest have made sure that the next time I will be outsourcing design I will come here first. I would especially like to thank those that made many adjustments to their designs, let me assure you that your work put you into our final selection.
In the future I may switch to doing the tiered contests where one or two runner ups also get a reward of some sort, however this contest is winner take all.
I\'d like to announce that after discussion with the planetavino.net group we are awarding the prize to ds.store for entry#2. Congratulations to him, and thank you all for your hard work.

Thank you for your concern. That was not only stock photo but a whole composition (like I mentioned), the way I solved the white logo on image.
With that in mind, would you please look at the entry by person \"raymo2\"?
He/she didn\'t even bother of finding the stock photo, instead he/she stole the image I personally retouched with clouds that I took with my own camera!
Now, I don\'t know what\'s SitePoint policy on this kind of behavior and I\'m pretty positive I\'m not breaking SP\'s User Agreement License by stating what\'s obvious.
It\'s just that I spent so much time and effort on my submission so I guess that makes me a little protective over my work.

Just a note since someone asked. There is no price negotation, the winner will be awarded $500 as the contest describes. We will pick a winner tomorrow afternoon, as the contest ends quite late my time. Thanks to your great efforts we have a difficult decision ahead of us. Please don\'t take any feedback I\'m leaving in these last few hours as meaning we have already chosen someone, we haven\'t. We are just asking for some minor revisions so we can look at your designs without that \"I wish X was Y instead\" thought in our heads.

I don\'t think that comment was necessary. The image was a common stock photo and the rest of the design was nothing like yours.

Actually I got the image from the same place you did probably - istock. As many here tend to use the same stock sites for mocks I\'m sure it\'s bound to happen sometime. As a matter of fact this image comes up on the first page when you use the search term \"winery\" on istock! I\'ve seen it a few times.
Not a big deal to change something as simple as a stock image if it\'s a problem, truthfully, I didn\'t even notice your entry before reading your post. I don\'t usually make a habit of studying others entries before posting my own - nor do I have the time. Furthermore, there are absolutely no other similarities between your entry and mine - size and orientation aren\'t even the same.
