I own and operate MICNAP Band Instrument Repair (www.micnap.com) and I need a new look for the site. I’ve taken the contents of my current site and put it into the Drupal CMS framework and then added a generic Drupal template. This is what I’ve got so far – http://drupal.micnap.com. Ideally, I’d like to keep the general layout of this template, incorporate the colors from www.micnap.com (FF6600, 006666, and FFFFCC ) but style it more along the styles of these sites :
http://www.iconbuffet.com/
http://www.coffeecup.com/web-jukebox/
http://tools.seobook.com/
http://www.simplebits.com/
http://www.macaroondesign.com/
http://www.freshview.com/
http://www.campaignmonitor.com/
http://cssglobe.com/
http://www.e-junkie.com/Of course, that may be a lot to ask. Above all, I’m looking for is a design that says, “WOW!†So, if the above parameters (including the layout and colors) are too confining, I’ll consider any clean, simple, professional, and classy design with a high wow factor that targets sophisticated classical professional musicians (NOT school-aged band students!).
I’d need a .psd for Photoshop 7 or a png for Fireworks 8.
BTW, that code stuff at the bottom of drupal.micnap.com is supposed to be Google ads. The site has not been indexed yet (although I’m sure it will be as soon as Google indexes this page) so the page is not yet receiving the actual ads.
Another BTW... we repair woodwinds and brasswinds only. That includes piccolos, flutes, clarinets, oboes, bassoons, trumpets, trombones, baritones, and tubas. So you’ll want to avoid using any strings in the the design such as violins, guitars, etc.
