#15: Great work and a top contender. A couple of requests to consider are:
    1) replace the line "Your opinions, your way" with "Minions of America, speak up!"
    2) I like the cards and the dice but this isn't really a game of chance. So there are two options. One is to lose them (not my preference) and the other is to "minionize" them. By that I mean to put a minion face on them. If you can do this on the dice or the cards but not both then we can lose the other. Great work!

Great work #7. The addition of the red Minion is terrific as are the graphics and 3-D enhancements. Try to make the logo and tagline a bit more prominent and consider altnerative color schemes that are lighter.

#1 and #2 use colors more in line with what I'm looking for.

Great work and each entry has its strengths. One more day. Good luck!

#5: Nice work and here are a couple of suggestions to take it further -- 1) add some depth by looking at a 3-D approach for the categories and an example of 3-D is the graph at the top left in #4 and 2) think about design elements that make the site look like a game, beyond just the slot machine lever on the right. The wireframe is a guide only.

    More input for you.
Design #2 has an edge with the style -- it's clean, simple, I like the colors, how the tagline is linked to the logo and the prominence of the logo.

Designs #3 and #4 have an edge with substance -- the graphic additions to the categories, the Learn More and Submit buttons and the navigation bars. My suggestion is to lose the Purple face as it's detracting from the logo and adding complexity.

The 3-D suggestion is for the slot machine so that would apply to the mid-section of the design -- that is below the logo and above the ad word space at the bottom.

Yes, it's worth considering visual elements from other games. The key is to balance simplicity with functionality and fun. I'm wide open on how you think best to do this.

    Good luck!

And more 3D effects like in the graph next to the purple face?

OK, sure. I guess you want it brighter, like more yellow?
Should I add visual elements from other games, like poker?

Great question and here are two thoughts. The first is color to set the tone and mood. The second has to do with what we'll do later with animation. The red face in the logo is the best visual for mischief and we might have it appear and disappear randomly on the screen in the final product. So keep the home page design clean and simple. That will give us the most flexibility.

Great add by #4 with the graphics to the categories. Please think about lightening up the color scheme.

The wireframe is only a guide and where the entries are headed with the gaming style is on track. Look for ways to apply that creatively to other areas of the page. Are there opportunities to make it look 3-D? Good stuff!

It's easy to incorporate the slot machine and things like that, but I don't know how we would incorporate mischief. Can you give us a basic idea of what "mischeif" you want so we can work on it?

No coding is needed, just a great design.

Atrox: nice try out of the gate. I like the simplicity and how it reads easily. Now have some fun with it. Think about showing the topics in the form of a slot machine with buttons or maybe a lever for the user to spin new questions.

More gamesmanship and a bit of mischief will take #1 further down the right path.

You don't want it fully coded, just the design, right?
