I dont have any winning entries with CH =( but I always see that he always declare a winner thats why when I have opportunity to join his contests, I always join.. Right now, on his two contents, I joined both! =)
@ mickoso its very weird your saying these kind of things just because I also used the contact information in the header on the right. Next time please look closer before saying this kind of things...
Nadia is right. I have already experience that. Joey is different from other contest holder. There will be a sure winner and the payment is very quick. So don't make a doubt on him.
@ mickoso, look closer I didnt copy your design at all, the only similairity may be the information in the header on the rights but it's fine I will update it
@ silverfive studios when you copy other designers and other entries, make it this little better, because our entries looks almost same!!! You will never become a good designer if you copy other designers and entries...

@ gssdesign - May not be the highest amount being paid, but at least with Joeys' contests, you know there will definitely be a winner awarded and payment is always quick :-) He's also very good at giving individual feedback.... no fears about entering any of Joeys' contests.

Seems like a fairly straightforward design to me. It wouldn't be too hard so I think the price fits.
It's a simple home-page layout. We have a lot of success with this, with some very fast and talented designers, short contests is a challenge, but it can bring the best out. I'm not sure why you use the phrase 'dynamic' this is for an un-coded site, just the layout we need. Logo design is equally worthy, as it is it's own art-form, also the description does state a logo is included/provided in our brief.
You're going to struggle to get a dynamic web site made for $251 which is what I'm assuming you're after. Unless I've got the wrong end of the stick and you really want a logo? Care to clarify?
