I was going to provide further feedback as to which other designs the client liked, but since a large number of them have been withdrawn after the contest closed, I won't bother. I understand the reasoning behind doing that, but nonetheless, it's still frustrating.

@Balron - I just noticed your comment, and had to laugh - it IS funny that I've run two contests, and Nadia has won both of them. It's going to be interesting to see which entry wins this time!
I will clarify that I do definitely put all entries I like forward to each client, and in no specific order. I don't make any statements as to which ones I prefer - I leave it purely to the client. Each contest is for a different client, so they don't know about other contests or winners at all.
Once again, I'm impressed with the range and quality of the concepts put forward so far - I thank you all for your efforts.

we noticed...
I decided to withdraw my 1st entry and fix it somehow.....
Not only the footer graphics, but the content layout is similar as well to fancypants design (but I wonder why no one noticed it and complaint?) :)
@fancyparts: The *idea* behind that footer graphics wasn't exclusively yours only and thus, the way you treat the graphics are different from mine.
You simply put it nicely on footer while I put it on header to emphasize the pool interior images. :)
Phew, ok then. Let's see if I can alter the design again.
PS: I didn't notice that footer graphics before. Sorry if you feel cheated by me.
To Anyone: if you see somthing already submitted, I'd suggest just trying to avoid designing something simular as people tend to frown on it...
Sorry that you think that I 'copied' your design but thats how it appears when we all have to work with the same images. I don't find it strange that we both thought the strongest pool image should go in the upper left. Thats the only thing I see similar.. my nav is completely different, my logo sits on top and its a 2 column layout not not one. Sorry your feel cheated but check out runicols... he took the footer graphic I created and copied it into his design....
