This is valuable experience, especially because I am a member of JA now almost a year and I love our community and I am very glad that Hung started this because we will get higher quality templates now. @99designs: We don't like this word at all. Please use "disqualify". Or instead of the elimination feature, use "favorite" / "nominate" for those designs which go to the final selection
